Default Will your pc work with Windows 7?

Service Pack 1 helped clear up Vista's driver problems, but some would argue that the sound and graphics still don't work right. We examine the technical hurdles that manufacturers face: Will Windows 7 suffer the same fate?

This was a fairly interesting reading: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2344034,00.asp

First off the chic in your avatar is hot, lol secondly, We can't rush to judge Win7 yet regarding driver issues and fixes. We must stay level headed and REMEMBER this is still a Beta OS. Not every company has upscaled for the Win7 architecture and won't uptill possibly midnight of launch, lol. Vista was a mess because MS caused it to be a mess. Alot of open eneded promises were made regarding the Vista Ready Logo. Not sure if you recall the huge mess Ms avoided with HP and Dell regarding Vista Ready machines. Video Driver failures ring a bell? Microsoft dropped the ball when it came to vista. Vista was considered the NEW replacement for all Pc's, but yet it got named the largest failure because in my opnion it was under developed by a long shot. We don't need microsoft to rush this, or we can expect to have another Vista problem. They tried delivering Vista 3 times to the public, one of those was deemed AkA " LongHorn". It was a "beta" and I remmeber testing it in the lab at work... We dont need a replay, lol. So don't forget its a beta, don't expect it to be perfect yet. This is Ms last chances to gain control of the market so I'm sure they plan to do it right this time.
